In a bid to strengthen
cultural, diplomatic & business ties between India & the
entire Latin American belt, former Union Minister Sukdev Singh
Dhindsa launched the Indo-Latin American Friendship Association
in the capital recently.
India & Latin America have shared historic ties in
the past. We not only share our ancient civilizations & rich
cultural heritage, but also our passion for spiritual
enlightenment, said an upbeat Dhindsa, President ILAFA.
Minister for State for External Affairs Preneet Kaur was the
guest of honour along with Ambassadors and senior diplomats from
Latin American countries like El Salvador, Venezuela, Colombia,
Dominic Republic, Cuba, Argentina, Paraguay and Ecuador amongst
others.
