Leading event & brand Promotions Company Brandsmith celebrated Metconnect, the mega annual family day of top American company Metlife’s Global operations support Centre in India recently.

Nearly five thousand employees of Metlife descended at the picturesque World of Wonder Noida to a roaring welcome by team Brandsmith, along with traditional Rajasthani dancers, traditional Nagada musicians from Mathura and a host of other characters.

The daylong event witnessed mesmerizing performances by Metlife staff members, including a rock concert, dance acts, mimicry show, skit and other stage performances. The highlight of the day was the decor, food & refreshments, activities for kids & women and music par excellence.

“We have been managing Metconnect over the past few years now. The massive scale of the event, especially our production logistics was a big challenge. Handling 5000 people can be a nightmare, if not properly planned, but am glad that weeks of planning & preparations helped us roll out a successful event,” said an elated Rahul Mittra, Founder & CEO Brandsmith.
